Refund & Cancellation Policy
 

1. Event Tickets

The Dad Social LTD provides organized social events and experiences (e.g., Sim Racing, Go-Karting). Since these events require pre-booking venues and equipment, the following refund terms apply:

• Cancellations 14+ days before the event: Full refund (minus any non-refundable booking fees charged by the payment processor).

• Cancellations 7–13 days before the event: 50% refund or a full credit toward a future The Dad Social event of equal value.

• Cancellations less than 7 days before the event: No refunds can be issued, as venue hire and per-head costs will have already been finalized. However, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person (another "Dad")—just let us know the name change via email at hello@thedadsocial.online.

2. Event Cancellation by The Dad Social

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel or significantly reschedule an event (e.g., venue closure, extreme weather), you will be offered:

1. A full refund of the ticket price.

2. An automatic transfer to the rescheduled date.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or transfer a ticket, please email hello@thedadsocial.online with your name and order number. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend the event ("No-Show") without prior notice, no refund or credit will be provided.
